Leader: From all walks of life, let us gather in God’s presence.
People: Let us gather in this place where God loves us and calls each of us by name.
Leader: Come, let us worship the Lord and remember the bondage from which God has delivered us.
People: Come, let us worship the Lord, so that we may become the people God is calling us to be.
Leader: Let us learn new ways to join in reaching toward God’s vision for the world.
People: May our worship strengthen our souls, and build our lives together as God’s people.

Each day the men and women of New Covenant Community Church try to live up to the words reflected in this Call to Worship.  We do it by volunteering in the community, donating money, time and talents to causes that are dear to our hearts.  Some of the organizations/events we plan to be a part of include: Gennesaret, Community Mission Garden, Valor Homes & Liberty House, Solar Under the Sun and Gay Pride Festival.

02.16.20 Bulletin

From the Pastor’s Pen – March 2021

…during these 40 days of Lent, we may be wandering through a wilderness and encountering a different set of wild beasts. Invisible viruses are attempting to devour us; the herd of political animosity is growling around us…”

There Is Always Hope – 2/21/21

As we begin our journey through the Lenten season, you are invited to worship with us, and join the celebration of the Lord’s Supper (have some bread and juice available, so we can partake together).

Listen to Him – 2.14.21

On this Transfiguration Sunday (2/14/21), join us for worship. This week, our special musical guest is the University of Notre Dame Folk Choir.

February Newsletter

Lent is not only that time in the church year in which we are summoned to examine ourselves and our everyday preoccupations in order to take stock of the direction of our lives, but it also that time where we are invited to follow Jesus along the journey that took Him to the cross.
